VCD 150 years anniversary

The dates for next year's celebration of 150 years of Deaf Education in Victoria has been set.

Lock these dates in your dairy. In 2010 November 8th to 14th, VCD will be celebrating 150 years of Deaf education. FJ Rose Day is November 12th which was when the Victorian Deaf and Dumb Institution first opened.

We are planning a week of special events and activities to celebrate this special anniversary and we would love the whole Deaf community to attend.

There will soon be pages on this website dedicated specifically to the organisation and communication of events for our 150 year anniversary. We will be asking for volunteers and sponsors to assist with our planning and production of these events.
