VCD Productive Garden

In 2007 VCD commenced work on our Productive Garden. Ably assisted by the team at the Port Phillip EcoCentre, headed by Caroline Packham we embarked on this wonderful project- to build a garden that VCD could be proud of.

Our garden now grows produce that is used by our Hospitality students, the TradeBlock Cafe and is also enjoyed by the students who work in the garden.

In 2009 the garden continues to grow. Crops are planted, nurtured, harvested and eaten.
