VCAL Personal DevelopmentThe TradeBlock Cafe
The tradeblock cafe is run by students as part of the VCAL Personal Development program. It is supported by the VET Hospitality classes and the Middle Years Productive garden program .
The Tradeblock Cafe is now open and fully operational. Students have been teaching each other how to use the equipment. Staff and students are enjoying hot lunches every Monday and Tuesday. This week the Tradeblock Cafe was host to thirty year 5 and 6 students who visited VCD. Last term it was the venue for the Senior Years Information Night with students preparing all the food and serving it to their parents.
