Certificate II in Hospitality

Students study Hospitality under the watchful eye of our trainer Graeme. The program caters for VCE, VET & VCAL students.

This year we have two classes studying Hospitality supported by Leoni and Julie.

This week we have the Master chef competition. Students have been put into groups and are responsible for preparing either an entree, a main or a dessert. They devise their own shopping lists, purchase the food while staying within a budget and organise their team.
